2023 Dues are $417.00 without RPAC/ $442.00 with RPAC (What is RPAC?) plus the $30 Application fee. 2023 Dues may be prorated after February 2023, depending on when you placed your license with the Broker. Click here for Prorated Dues. Secondary Dues are $122.00 or $222.00 for Secondary Out of State (must be a Primary member of another Board).
There are several types of memberships available: All REALTOR® Members are required to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course within 90 Days of joining the Board. Failure to complete the course by that date will result in suspension until course completion, regardless of the status of dues payment. Suspension of services includes all board, state association and NAR dues-based services.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP:
Broker / Company Member: Anyone who is the Broker of a company. Once the broker joins, then all active agents under the broker must join a REALTOR Board. If the Broker is a member of another board, the agent has the option of which board to join
REALTOR® Members: Anyone who holds an active Georgia Real Estate License and their Broker is a member.
Once you join at the local level, you also become a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (NAR). (Affiliate/Partner members are only associated with the GAR.)
Once we receive and process your application, you will receive an email with your NRDS number and receipt for your dues payment. 2020 Dues may be prorated after February and are based on when you placed your license with your broker. Click Here for Prorated Dues.
Secondary Members: Those REALTOR® members of another Board/Association wishing to obtain membership with the I-85 North Board.
